New Apartments in Avon CT?
The company offers what they call "attainably priced" apartments, arguing that their rents are lower than market rate. Thanks for sharing @Greg Andrade! This seems to be the case with all these new apartment developments throughout central CT. We are seeing these developed rapidly around here - West Hartford, Simsbury, Avon, Farmington the list goes on.
I see both sides of these arguments and hopeful that the towns building and development teams have a keen eye on these projects.
The West Hartford vacant UConn campus is a hot topic in town with similar controversy surrounding it. However, this lot has been a huge eyesore for years now. I'm hopeful that this project will bring additional businesses, housing, and improvements to the neighborhood in booming town.
