A place for all Excel/Word Documents Submitted by Users

I would like to see a place in the forums where all the different spreadshets/ documents that people post are placed.

So whenever someone posts an excel sheet for lets say calculating a rehab or property checklist etc. it gets put in a main place so that if someone is looking for a certain excel sheet, type of doc. they know where to go....

What does everyone think?

I'm all for it. I have a few spreadsheets that I've been using and I'd like to post them for 2 reasons:

(1) to share with the others something that may be useful and save them time, and
(2) to have some other eyes on my work to make sure I don't have any errors in my calculations.

I think it would be nice to have a convenient place to post these.

An alternative would be to house the document at a website like docstoc.com or filedropper.com and just share the URL in a posting.

I like it. Maybe one thread with at least links to the docs.

This would be priceless. Please provide a resource to place member documents categorized and alphabetized to be retrieved by members at will. I can't relocate the thread that contained a detailed property check list a member uses before he puts in an offer.
