I was wondering if our members would be interested at all in having the ability to have their own blogs.
We're working on several new features and this one has come up for discussion. Please let us know what your thoughts are on this! |

I am not a blogger-type, so I would not write a blog.
I do enjoy reading them; however, and would 'use' the blogs by reading the blogs of others (as I do off-site now). |

Haha no one burned me, I just don't have a ton of experience *yet* so I doubt anyone would be interested in reading a blog of mine haha :P |

I think the most interesting stories to read are those from people doing it, and struggling through the details. It is from those stories that we all learn to watch our p's and q's.
I'd love to read a blog from you! |

Word of the wise here.
IF anyone is in business here at all, Blogging and having the Blog hosted on BiggerPockets will GREATLY increase your exposure as well as your web sites SEO.
There are plenty of "blogger how to" sites that explain the basics.
Four well thought out Blog posts a month would be well worth the effort.
Thanks for the offer and asking for input Josh.
My only hesitation is that when members "like me" get caught up in following and responding to a Blog, like the present BP blog that I am not to sure many know about, it takes time and energy away from posting on the forum.
Whats more valuable to you and the members, as I don't know? |
