I'm currently writing a blog about my investment experiences here in the US. My husband and I have come over from Australia for a couple of months. If you want to check out my blog, I talk about how I go about doing everything, from financing to managing etc which you might find helpful if you wish to do the same thing. Link Removed
It can be challenging at times but if you want it bad enough you will find the right way to do things. I know its always good to learn from those who are doing it.

Welcome to the US market. I believe we may have communicated in the past or I had attempted to contacted you earlier.

Over the last several years I have been specializing in investment loan financing and focusing on assisting foreign nationals. More recently I've been introduced to many Australian and UK clients.

We've been successful in closing residential investment loans and have just begun to break into the commercial sector.

No you have to be a member to get in contact through there.If you go to propertyinvesting website and look at the forums there, go under overseas investing you should find a post by me that mentions my blog and has the website address. What a painful forum this one is!

Ok, I am almost there. However I went on the websit but could not find the topic overseas investing. I found a subject titled overseas deals? But could not find your post. Any suggestions? Sorry to be a nuisance but I am sure your blog will be interesting. Thanks.

Its in overseas deals and is on the second page under the title US investment blog.

I'm from New Zealand also investing in the US. I'm having trouble obtaining financing as the banks lending criteria has changed recently. Do you have any banks that will lend to a foreign Co?

I help many foreign nationals secure investing in the US, just need to know what and where you're trying to invest. Banks in the US are still lending to international investors, you just need to know who to go to that makes the deals, I can help.
